Responsibilities
* Creating digital graphics for marketing campaigns, to be utilized on our website, social media pages, and external events.
* Work collaboratively with marketing owners on some exciting upcoming projects to understand their design needs.
* Align the Vertice brand identity with both the wider direction of the design team, and the immediate needs of the marketing team.
* Occasionally supporting design needs internal to the business, such as office design, internal decks, and becoming our unofficial Chief Swag Officer (CSO).
Requirements
* Have prior experience working in a marketing or brand team and collaborating with internal marketing stakeholders.
* Have design experience across imagery, web pages, video and event booths.
* Have experience across multiple asset types, including static imagery, gifs/LottieFiles, video and animations.

* Have excellent communication skills and an ability to manage multiple stakeholders across hybrid working environments.
Things we would like to see
* A strong visual portfolio showcasing projects you’ve previously led or been central within, with a clearly designed output and an understanding of success metrics tied to design.
* Experience designing for B2B SaaS brands and an awareness of the typical design outputs within B2B for brand campaigns.
* Experience within a startup environment or smaller design team, where speed is often just as important as perfection.
* Familiarity with website management, webpage design, website tools such as Webflow and an ability to make basic webpage changes.
* Experience working with video, either as an editor or animator, creating simple and complex B2B-suitable compositions.
