Contract – Part Time and Full Time

We are looking for dedicated and adaptable General Supply Teachers to support a range of warm, welcoming primary schools across Fareham and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for committed educators who enjoy flexible work across KS1 and KS2, delivering engaging lessons and making a positive impact in a variety of school settings.
Who we’re looking for
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Recent teaching experience within KS1 and/or KS2
A positive, calm and adaptable approach to supply work
Strong behaviour management and the ability to build relationships quickly
Confidence delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Professionalism, reliability and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
What you’ll be doing
Providing high-quality teaching across KS1 and KS2 in day-to-day, short-term and longer-term supply roles
Delivering planned lessons and adapting teaching when needed
Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed learning environment
Supporting pupils’ academic progress, confidence and well-being
Working collaboratively with staff and following school policies and safeguarding procedures

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
