Key Responsibilities:

* Leading, motivating, and developing the Front of House team (2 Hostesses) to maintain a consistently high standard of service and ensure exceptional customer experiences
* Maintain smooth, efficient daily routines—from rostering to service delivery.
* Ensure areas are impeccably presented and well-maintained.
* Assist in sales & marketing events within the company.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
* Fluency in English is essential.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
