About the Role
Working alongside the Head Chef and senior kitchen team, you will help deliver high-quality food across restaurant, bar, and banqueting operations. The roles offer strong development opportunities within a supportive kitchen structure.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking dishes to required standards
Assisting with food preparation and service across all sections
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
Supporting the kitchen team during busy services
For Chef de Partie level: running a section and supporting junior chefs
What Were Looking For

Previous kitchen experience relevant to the role level
Good communication and teamwork skills
