Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to different learner needs.
* Assess student work, provide feedback and maintain accurate records.
* Support learners with academic and pastoral guidance, monitoring progress and attendance.
* Contribute to curriculum planning, quality assurance and programme development.
* Attend meetings, follow safeguarding and compliance procedures, and participate in CPD.
Requirements:
Teaching qualification and the willingness to obtain an ENHANCED DBS check.
* Experience teaching children or young adults with SEN
* Knowledge of additional learning needs
* Up to date Safeguarding training, or a willingness to obtain
* Enhanced DBS or a willingness to obtain.
