The Opportunity
We're expanding our small but perfectly formed team and looking to hire a new fulfilment executive, to be based out of our Thornbury warehouse, in the Bristol area.
In this role you’ll be responsible for order processing and fulfillment (including picking and packing) as part of our warehouse operations team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll work side‑by‑side to ensure the smooth running of our new and existing orders, inventory management and quality control. It's a highly collaborative role as our Fulfillment Executives work closely with our customer support team, suppliers and partners – as well as all the other team members across ManyPets.
Alongside your fulfilment work, this role gives you the opportunity to get involved in projects that help shape the business. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside different teams, explore other areas of the operation and take ownership of ideas that lead to real change. We actively encourage people to shape improvements, lead projects, and help evolve how we work – giving you space to grow your skills while making a meaningful impact.
Due to the nature of this job, during peak seasons we may occasionally need you to work weekends or after hours.
