Are you an organised and proactive Legal PA looking for your next opportunity? I am working with a client who are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional support within a fast‑paced environment. This is a hybrid temporary role based in Leeds, and experience in legal billing is essential. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Working closely with finance teams to manage billing processes, financial reports, and working capital.
2. Supporting fee earners with a wide range of administrative and organisational tasks.
3. Coordinating with business development to help organise events, update CVs, and assist with bids and tenders.
4. Supporting client relationship activities, including scheduling meetings, organising events, and preparing reports.
5. Managing matter administration, including engagement letters, document preparation, andpliance checks.
6. Providing full diary management and coordinatingplex travel arrangements.
7. Preparing meeting materials, agendas, itineraries, and ensuring all logistical needs are met.
8. Using firm systems and tools to streamline admin tasks and delegating document production where required.
What We’re Looking For
9. A confidentmunicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
10. Legal billing experience is essential.
11. At least four years’ experience in a similar fast‑paced professional services role.
12. Experience supporting multiple stakeholders, including senior fee earners and partners.
13. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a provenmitment to delivering first‑class service.
14. Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
15. Someone who thrives under pressure and ismitted to delivering high‑quality work.
