Account Director

We’re now looking for an exceptional Account Director who shares our passion for media, advertising and insight—and who thrives on driving meaningful results for clients. You’ll also guide and develop a talented team of Account Managers and Consultants, fostering growth, collaboration and excellence.
Skilled at networking and relationship building
Proven account management experience—ideally within media, research, data, consulting or similar sectors
Experience managing multi-stakeholder accounts and negotiating at senior levels
A ‘people person’ who enjoys building long-lasting partnerships
A proactive approach to learning, growth and seeking new opportunities
Deliver exceptional account management to retain and grow revenue
Negotiate renewal contracts with senior stakeholders across data, insight, software and digital activation solutions
Create and execute strategic account plans aligned to KPIs and growth targets
Build trusted-advisor relationships through deep understanding, networking and ongoing engagement
Lead, mentor and support your direct reports, sharing knowledge and expertise
Maintain accurate CRM and financial reporting, ensuring reliable forecasting
