First line IT Service Desk support - London S.E. - Office based
Law Firm - 30-37k depending on experience
This expanding law firm have a requirement for a first line support specialist. To be considered, applicants MUST have previously worked within professional services or ideally a Law firmor Legal MSP and must be local to London S.E. for this office based role.
Experience
* IT support, service desk, or helpdesk work.
* Experience working within an ITIL framework (incident, request, change, problem).
* Be knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
* Familiarity with Windows 10/11 desktops.
* Experience with a Service Management platform.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory basics
