Due to continued growth and a healthy appetite for new sites, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Land Buyer ready to step into a Land Manager role, or a Land Manager in the early stages of their career. This is a genuine opportunity to join a nimble, well-funded developer where your input will directly shape the future land pipeline. The Role You’ll be responsible for identifying, assessing and progressing land opportunities across one of the UK’s most sought-after regions. Working closely with the Land Director, you’ll play a key role in sourcing new sites, building relationships and helping secure acquisitions. What You’ll Be Doing Sourcing on- and off-market land opportunities Building relationships with agents, landowners and promoters Appraising land opportunities and preparing acquisition reports Assisting with negotiations and progressing deals through to completion Monitoring local plans and identifying strategic opportunities Helping grow and strengthen the land pipeline What We’re Looking For Experience in a land role with a housebuilder, developer or land promoter Either a Land Buyer ready to step up or a Land Manager with 2–4 years’ experience Strong commercial awareness and understanding of land appraisal Knowledge of the planning system Driven, proactive and keen to progress Strong networking and relationship-building skills Why This Role?
