The Social Media and Content Manager will play a crucial part in maintaining and developing the brand's company presence, ensuring that first-class content is presented across all social platforms and a high level of customer engagement is sustained.
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
* At least four years of experience in the Social/Content Speciality
* E-commerce experience is desired
* Excellent Social Media Marketing skills, including paid social
* Capable of developing a content and social plan for the brand, defining the direction of this plan to all relevant stakeholders
* Happy to lead and direct the Social Media team
* Top-class communication skills, comfortable communicating with other global brand managers to discuss social content ideas
* Unbeatable content writing skills
* Up to date on market trends, always looking to evolve with the times
* Strong analytical skills, happy to deliver engagement reports to management
* Happy to manage relationships with external content creators in order to create collaborative campaigns.
