Financial Administrator (IFA) - Ashford, Kent
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the businesses financial advisers with administration/support duties relating to a range of Investments and
2. Pensions, including SIPP providers and pension drawdown cases.
3. Preparing and maintaining client files and annual review packs, including valuation statements.
4. Client liaison and responding to client requests.
5. Using providers platforms to complete transactions and request policy information.
6. Adherence to GDPR regulations and client confidentiality.

7. Understanding of the Financial Planning process.
8. Able to work within defined business processes.
9. Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
10. Able to prioritise and plan own workload.
11. Excellent inter-personal skills, both written and verbal.
12. Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
Essential Skills include:
