ROLE SPECIFIC
1. To attend any relevant training courses as recommended by the General Manager or the Company
2. To meet and exceed annual operating targets.
3. To identify the necessary expenditure required for the pool operation to the General Manager.
4. To complete the site specific NOP and EAP for the parks pool.
5. To monitor health & safety within the pool complex.
6. To ensure training requirements are met by all staff within the area of control.
7. To ensure water quality standards are met in accordance with Company guidelines.
8. To monitor contractors and pool plant maintenance.
9. To monitor safety standards in and around the pool complex.
10. To review risk assessments and ensure they are all adhered to.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
11. National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) an advantage but not essential – Full training available.
12. Manager/Supervisory Experience within a similar role.
13. Proven competence in a pool environment both in and out of the water.
14. Plant Room trained.
