My client is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their friendly UK team. This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the Head of Operations, offering genuine scope for career development within a supportive environment.
The Role
* Inputting and maintaining accurate financial data in Excel spreadsheets
* Allocating commissions to advisers for payment
* Completing bank reconciliations for accountants
* Preparing payment logs for monthly payroll and invoice payment runs
* Supporting the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Providing regular management information (MI) to the leadership team
* Processing employee expenses
* Participating in full training to develop system and process knowledge
Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Good understanding of basic financial and accounting principles
* Confident Excel and data input skills
* Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams
