This role will be instrumental in delivering enterprise-grade identity, access management, security, and platform reliability solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical program management experience, outstanding communication skills, and a strong background in cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive the delivery of complex technical programs focused on: Enterprise Identity & Access Management Threat Intelligence and Security Platform System Reliability and Performance Collaborate with engineering and product teams across the UK and US Own the end-to-end program lifecycle, from initiation to completion and retrospectives Manage project risks, issues, and escalations proactively Prepare and present status updates and reports to leadership Coordinate resources and manage project scope and timelines Support strategy alignment and ensure platform decisions meet evolving product requirements Required Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years’ experience in program management, ideally in identity, security, or system reliability Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Google Suite, and other project management software Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments Desirable Skills Industry experience in banking, fintech, or large-scale technology companies
