About the Role Connex Education is working with a network of welcoming primary schools across Derby City Centre (DE1) and surrounding areas who are seeking reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs on a flexible, day-to-day and short-term basis. The role involves supporting pupils with SEND in the classroom, working one-to-one or in small groups, and helping teachers create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment. This role is ideal for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants, aspiring teachers, or graduates looking to build experience in special educational needs. Schools are looking for patient, nurturing and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants who can build strong relationships with pupils and support their academic, social and emotional development.
