What We Are Looking For...
* Drive sales & maximise profit - responsible for increasing your store's contribution, implementing company layout standards, analyzing reports, conducting floor walks, delegating effectively, and monitoring competitor activity.
* Connect with our customers - ensure a world-class shopping experience, motivate your team to provide genuine service, and encourage upselling.
* Recruit & retain the best talent - responsible for team recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management to develop future managers.
* Control costs & manage loss prevention - manage payroll efficiently, deter theft through service, and ensure effective stock management controls.
* Have a proven track record in managing store KPIs including sales, payroll, costs, stock loss, and service.
* Be a great communicator across all levels and possess strong leadership skills.
* Be passionate about delivering a world-class customer experience.
* Previous experience at Store Manager level or as an experienced Deputy Manager seeking advancement.
