We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking leader to take the reins of our new Student Information System (Banner) and student reporting provision.
As our Head of Student System and Reporting, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality, governance, and accessibility of student data across the University. You'll ensure that our systems evolve with the needs of students, staff, and sector requirements, delivering robust reporting and insights that shape decision-making and support regulatory compliance.

The position is fully home-based, with the requirement to reside in the UK.
As our Head of Student System and Reporting, you will be:
* Leading the ongoing implementation, development and optimisation of our new Student Information System (Banner)
* Managing supplier relationships and ensuring service continuity and improvement
* Overseeing delivery of timely and accurate student data reporting and insights
* Collaborating with IT and other stakeholders to ensure system security and functionality
* Driving continuous improvement in data quality and governance
* Supporting regulatory reporting and sector benchmarking (e.g. TEF, OfS Conditions)
* Leading and developing a high-performing team of data and system professionals
Is this you?:
* Extensive experience with Student Information Systems (SITS - e.g. Banner, Tribal, Unit4, Oracle)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* In-depth understanding of HE data and reporting (e.g. regulatory requirements, TEF, OfS)
* Proven ability to collaborate across functions, particularly with IT and external vendors
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
* Calm, positive, strategic, and able to lead change effectively
* A graduate-level qualification or equivalent experience
