Principal Medical Writer – London | Hybrid

We’re partnering with a growing, independent medical communications agency to find an experienced Principal Medical Writer (PMW) to join their collaborative and entrepreneurial team!

What you’ll be doing:
As a Principal Medical Writer, you’ll play a key role in leading high-impact scientific communications across a variety of therapy areas.
In this dynamic role, you will:
* Lead development of high-quality scientific content across med affairs and publications
* Work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver strategic projects
* Contribute to congress materials, advisory boards, and steering committee deliverables
* Mentor and support more junior writers within the team
* Ensure scientific accuracy, quality, and compliance across all outputs
* Collaborate cross-functionally in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
* Contribute ideas and bring a proactive approach to projects and client needs
What we’re looking for:
* At least 6+ years’ experience in medical writing within an agency environment
* Strong background in medical affairs, with exposure to publications and/or commercial work
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Experience in oncology, rare diseases, or similar complex therapy areas is a plus
