We’re working with an organisation who are seeking an experienced Administration & Facilities Manager to oversee non-residential facilities, office services, and compliance across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, balancing operational delivery with strategic oversight, while leading a small team to ensure a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for staff.
As the Administration & Facilities Manager, you will:
* Lead day-to-day operations of non-residential facilities and office administration
* Oversee maintenance, compliance checks, and safety systems across multiple sites
* Act as a designated First Aider and Fire Warden, ensuring robust H&S standards
* Manage budgets, procurement, and supplier contracts to ensure value for money
* Supervise facilities and admin staff, providing training and development
* Ensure offices are functional, welcoming, and environmentally sustainable
* Provide cover for reception and administrative functions when needed
* Support with onboarding/offboarding processes and cross-team collaboration
What we’re looking for:
* Experience managing facilities and office operations in housing, care, or charity settings
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance frameworks
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
* Budget management and contract negotiation experience
* High IT literacy (Office 365, housing or property management systems)
* A confident communicator with strong influencing and problem-solving skills
* DSE Assessor training (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)
* A degree/HND in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or similar
