Role: Sales Manager
Location: Woolwich
Term: Temporary for 3 months (September - December)
Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (40 hours over a 5 day week, some flexibility is key as events may be held during the evenings)
Pay: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
As our Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategies, building relationships, and ensuring our events are a resounding success. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to maximise sales and event bookings
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
3. Identifying new business opportunities to enhance our offerings and reach wider audiences
4. Collaborating with marketing and events teams to create engaging promotional campaigns
5. Analysing sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
6. Leading and motivating a small team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For:
7. Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the events industry
8. A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
10. Strong analytical skills to assess performance and develop actionable strategies
11. A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
12. A positive attitude and a passion for live events and cultural experiences
