Event Staff – Luton
Newstaff Employment is hiring Event Staff in Luton to assist with an exclusive estate auction event. We’re looking for 10 professional and friendly individuals to help escort guests around the estate and guide them to auction items on display. This is a great opportunity to be part of an elegant, high-profile event in a beautiful setting.
Location: Luton
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Working Hours: 9.30 am – 4.30 pm (Monday 10th & Tuesday 11th November )
Job Type: Temporary (2-day event)

Key Responsibilities
1. Accompany guests around the estate and direct them to featured auction lots.
2. Provide polite and informative assistance throughout the event.
3. Maintain a professional and welcoming manner at all times.
4. Support event organisers with any additional duties as required.
Essential Skills & Experience
5. Smart appearance (blazer, trousers/skirt, and smart shoes).
6. Excellent communication and people skills.
7. Reliable, punctual, and confident when interacting with the public.
8. Previous event or hospitality experience is advantageous but not essential.
