Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits: Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE 28 days holiday including bank holidays Christmas shutdown Holiday allowance increases with length of service Pension scheme Healthcare package Hybrid working available Building Surveyor Job Overview: As a Building Surveyor, you will deliver a mix of project and professional services across a varied portfolio. This will include undertaking surveys, preparing specifications and schedules of work, and managing projects from inception through to completion. You will also support contract administration and work closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery across social housing, retrofit, insurance, and local authority schemes.
