What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Recent experience teaching in Key Stage One, ideally Year 2
* Confident behaviour management and a warm, consistent approach
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment expectations
* Ability to plan engaging lessons that support a range of learners
* Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
* Reliability, organisation and a commitment to creating a calm, purposeful classroom
