Senior Financial Planner
Gatwick/ West Sussex
Salary - £90,000 – £100,000
Bonus - 15% team-based bonus, plus 20% on clients that follow you across, with bespoke arrangements for any new business you write
The Role
We are partnering with a highly regarded Wealth Management firm to recruit a Senior Financial Planner. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in the business, managing an existing client base while also driving new business growth.
With several acquisitions underway, the firm is introducing a new initiative for advisers to take the lead on following up new leads, generating new business, and shaping the growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the business and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop an existing client portfolio, providing holistic financial advice
* Take ownership of new business development opportunities, following up leads and converting prospects
* Work collaboratively with a team of advisers and support staff to deliver exceptional client service
* Contribute to the growth strategy of the business and support new initiatives
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal processes
The Ideal Candidate
* Experienced Financial Planner with a strong track record of managing and growing client portfolios
* Motivated to drive new business and take ownership of growth initiatives
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain client relationships
* Solutions-focused, proactive, and capable of working independently and within a team environment
* Comfortable operating in a hybrid working environment
