Are you passionate about retrofit? Would you like to work with one of the leading decarbonisation academies in Sussex to support the development of skills in retrofitting and green energy installation? At East Sussex College, we are committed to ensuring our training includes the latest technology and breakthroughs. We work closely with employers in the field to stay at the forefront of innovation. To maintain our momentum, we are seeking a part-time Quality Assurer to enhance our existing resources. This exciting role includes: Ensuring Quality : You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of teaching and assessment, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Flexible Hours : This part-time role can be fitted around your other commitments. Innovative Planning : You will help plan new and innovative ways of assessing and delivering training. Collaboration : You will work closely with the Head of Future Skills, keeping projects on track and bringing fresh ideas to the table. Your contributions will play a significant role in helping people discover their future at ESC. We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following: Qualifications : Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practices or its equivalent. Experience : Substantial experience in working with or assessing qualifications in retrofit for domestic dwellings. Industry Knowledge : A relevant industry-related qualification such as the Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management. Expertise : Qualified and experienced Retrofit Assessor with confidence in managing or supporting others in a team. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
