Job Summary
This role involves demonstrating strong team management skills and delivering service excellence within the department.
Key accountabilities
Responsibilities
* Encourage and support Account Managers in developing industry knowledge and managing their accounts.
* Regularly review relationships between Account Managers and customers to ensure effective communication.
* Support Strategic Account Managers and Account Directors with their accounts.
* Develop understanding of customer CSR objectives and core values.
* Create KPIs to improve customer service delivery and data quality.
Team Management
* Recruitment, management, and professional development of team members.
* Motivate team, set goals, and identify training needs.
* Conduct team meetings for best practices and knowledge sharing.
* Ensure training schedules are followed.
* Address team questions and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
* Manage escalations and prioritize tasks.
Department Development
* Enhance data management services to meet member needs.
* Monitor legislative and reporting developments; adapt data collection and reporting methods accordingly.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Compliance and Planning
* Coordinate BCS testing and non-conformance resolutions.
* Plan for succession and review contracts.
* Ensure ISO standards compliance.
