The Castle Coaching Inn, situated in the Brecon Beacons National Park has gone through a full renovation over the last 2 years. The 10 Bedroom hotel has a restaurant that seats 30-35 and a bar area that can seat a further 15-20 guests.
The ideal Sous chef candidate will have a cooking experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef De Partie. Most importantly our Sous Chef have an understanding of seasonal British cookery, a passion for creating unique dishes, and excel in attention to detail. Our Head Chef thrives on training his chefs and is always a big part of the day to day growth of his teams.
We pride ourselves in involving all members of the team in the design of our menu's and encourage a creative and artistic approach.
