We are looking for an energetic, driven and passionate Duty manager to lead the team at BOOM BATTLE BAR BATH. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual, ideally with previous management experience within the leisure or hospitality industries.

As a Duty Manager you will take on a key management role, interacting with our customers and staff to deliver the best experience every time.

Any successful candidate will also have exemplary customer service skills. This includes building a strong rapport with customers and staff alike.

You’ll want to drive consistency for standards. Specs on point and guest journey will be nothing short of epic under your guidance! You will be a hands-on leader who leads from the floor, supports performance and sets the tone for service, energy and accountability.
As a duty manager, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting full-site operations
* Leading FOH teams and working closely with BOH
* Delivering exceptional guest experience
* Supporting P&L performance, driving revenue and cost control
* Training, coaching and developing team members
* Driving service standards, culture and team engagement
* Supporting the whole management team in overall site performance and decision-making
