Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager (Nights) for a 6 month FTC to join our B&Q contract based in Doncaster. As a First Line Manager, you’ll lead a team of Warehouse Operatives to ensure smooth, efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll work any 5 from 7, 22:00 to 06:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £33,945 per annum (+ 25% night shift allowance) and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits include a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance, and death in service.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Driving performance to meet KPIs for productivity, quality, and attendance
* Leading daily team briefings and fostering strong communication
* Managing Health & Safety compliance and promoting safe working practices
* Identifying training needs and supporting staff development
* Monitoring equipment usage and maintaining operational standards
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational projects
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Proven leadership experience with a fast-paced logistics/supply chain environment (FMCG environments preferred)
* Strong communication skills both verbal and written
* Understanding of Health & Safety and Warehouse Systems
* Analytical skills with a proactive mindset
