The role
is for you if
1. Must possess a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI) or Chartered Tax Advisor (ATT, CTA) or equivalent international qualification
2. UK corporate tax skills and experience as well as good awareness of other taxes (VAT, employment taxes, management taxes etc)
3. Some transaction or PE Portfolio experience is desirable, but not essential
4. A flexible approach to allow you to work as part of a number of client/transaction teams simultaneously
5. Ability to build internal and external relationships and networks, both within the UK and overseas
6. Developed communication skills, specifically in negotiating with and influencing others
7. Strong analytical, project management and report writing skills.
8. An inquisitive mind and ability to solve problems as part of a diverse team
9. Ability to use tax technical knowledge & insights in a fast paced commercial environment
