This is a senior individual-contributor role within a specialist engineering team delivering technically complex subsea and offshore scopes.
Unlike large-scale manufacturing programmes, this role focuses on:
* Early-stage engineering and FEED studies
* Bespoke subsea products and systems
* Offshore services, deployment and installation support
* Client-facing technical problem solving
You’ll lead engineering delivery for assigned projects, producing calculations, drawings and reports, interfacing directly with clients, and supporting tenders where required.
Key Requirements
* Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) with mechanical design engineering background
* Capable of carrying out FEED (front end engineering design) of equipment including complex engineering calculations.
* Strong project engineering background in offshore / subsea / oil & gas / marine systems or heavy engineering
* Comfortable owning technical scope end-to-end
* Confident communicator with clients and internal teams
Working pattern:
Hybrid, typically 3 days onsite once established
