We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analytics Graduate to join our graduate scheme as part of our September cohort. Our graduate scheme is designed to develop our future Talent by giving you real responsibility from day one. You’ll join our Data teams and be supported throughout with structured training, exciting projects and invaluable industry experience. Our Graduate Programme focuses on helping you develop specialist expertise in Data and Analytics. You’ll get the opportunity to work across multiple business areas, whilst developing technical and softer skills needed to thrive in an Analytics career.

1. You’ll gain specialist skills in data and analytics including learning how to create and maintain analytical models across various software and approaches
2. You will keep up to date with trends in data science, learning and sharing new skills and methods.
3. You support with ad hoc queries and external team process improvements as well as getting involved in cross-functional projects
4. You’ll develop a strong understanding of how to simplify, manipulate and present large volumes of complex data
5. You’ll create proactive and compelling actionable insights from base data, models and reports
6. You’ll receive training covering the core knowledge and skills you’ll need to succeed.
7. Working across multiple business areas, you’ll develop your network, working across multiple business areas
8. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and present insights to Heads of and Directors.
9. You’ll receive mentoring and join a network of emerging talent through our EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme.
This role will be based from our Morley Head office/ Hyrbrid. You’ll need to be living within an hours commutable distance.
What you’ll need to become a Data Analytics Graduate:
10. A minimum 2:1 degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Maths, or a related field.
11. Familiarity with data analysis coding languages like Python, R, or SQL.
12. A keen interest in learning visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
13. Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
14. Willingness to learn, curious and resilient.
15. Analytical thinking and a knack for numbers.
