Our client work within the construction industry and are looking for an experienced purchase ledger administrator to join their team. This position will be working directly with the companies Financial Controller and be part of a small team office environment. Day-to-day duties include:
1. Checking and entering purchasing invoices into the company system
2. Entering data into company system
3. Completing month-end reconciliation and statement checks
4. Completing payments to suppliers via BACS
5. Reconciliation of VAT
6. Processing/completing remittances
7. Working Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm
The ideal candidate will experience in a similar role, CIS knowledge and experience in the use of Sage.
