Overview
Lead Clinician role at TieTalent. Location: Manor Wood School – Bristol, BS13 8AG. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (FTE, DOE). Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only (potential to discuss a full-time 52-week contract).
Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Clinician to join our Clinical Team. The post holder will line manage and lead the multi-disciplinary team and work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This is an opportunity to grow our clinical provision, adopting a holistic, therapeutic approach in line with neurodiversity and intersectionality affirming practices.
You will hold a caseload alongside other clinicians, with support from the Clinical Team. You will contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice, and manage your own workload. Our clinical team operates within a nurturing environment, prioritising safeguarding and pupil involvement in decisions affecting them where possible.
Our aim is to build an effective, multidisciplinary clinical service at each site in collaboration with education teams to support pupils to flourish.
Opening Summer 2025 at Manor Wood School, Bristol.
Responsibilities
* Line manage and lead a multi-disciplinary clinical team
* Deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils
* Hold a caseload alongside other clinicians
* Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice
* Collaborate with education teams to provide holistic provision
Essential Criteria
* Degree or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychotherapy or Doctorate in Psychology
* Registered with the HCPC and / or relevant professional body
* Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs (e.g., complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern)
* Ability to work collaboratively with a range of key partners
* Able to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively
* Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
