You’ll be working for one of the market leaders You’ll be working for one of the market leaders Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in person Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Manage and prioritise support tickets using the helpdesk system (Manage Engine) Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Administer user accounts (Active Directory / Microsoft 365) including permissions and group policies Support and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications Assist with network infrastructure support (switches, routers, Wi-Fi) Support backup systems and basic server administration tasks Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset registers Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection policies Technical Skills & Experience Minimum 1 years’ experience in an IT support environment Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server 2022 and Microsoft 365 Awareness of Citrix and virtualisation Experience with Active Directory and user account management Understanding of basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience supporting printers, mobile devices, and peripherals Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices Experience with backup solutions and endpoint security tools (desirable) Experience with Intune Skills & Attributes Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and approachable manner
