Service Help-Desk Coordinator – BCAS Biomed Multi-Vendor Healthcare
Join our dynamic team supporting BCAS Biomed's multi-vendor healthcare services. This office-based role is central to ensuring high-quality customer support and efficient contract management.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate engineering resources for planned and reactive tasks
* Act as first-line support for customers and engineers
* Maintain and update the HEMS database with all service activities
* Liaise with managers, suppliers, and couriers to uphold service standards
* Support managers with streamlined work systems
* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards
* Contribute to business growth and enhance company profile
Experience & Skills
* Ideally 2+ years' experience (training provided)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and document/database systems. Sage experience preferable
* Must be a team player
* Professional telephone manner and customer service focus
