This is a pivotal role where you'll lead end-to-end recruitment operations, champion NHS compliance and attract top talent to support innovation and excellence across primary care services. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles. Design and execute recruitment strategies in line with business needs. Ensure all hires meet NHS, GDPR, and internal compliance standards. Promote the employer brand through digital channels and campaigns. Support and develop a small recruitment team. Partner with senior leaders to align workforce planning with organisational goals. Provide data-driven insights and reporting to inform decision-making. About you: Proven experience in recruitment management, ideally within healthcare or the NHS. Excellent understanding of NHS frameworks and governance. Confident, organised, and proactive with strong communication skills. Skilled in direct sourcing using platforms and job boards.
