With a growing caseload, the role will involve taking on a mixed portfolio of matters, with a primary focus on residential work. There is also the chance to expand your commercial experience, with training provided where needed. The firm operates a highly attractive remuneration model, offering a competitive basic salary plus profit share on billings, meaning your bonus is directly linked to the success you generate. Remuneration can be structured either on a PAYE basis or via a consultancy arrangement.
