We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Boscombe Connect Day Service.

Boscombe Connect is a day service for adults with varying disabilities and needs. We support our clients to meet their aims and goals with a wide choice of meaningful activities within the building as well as out in the community.

The role is varied and interesting working in a large service and a motivated team who delivery high quality care and support to our clients. You will work 'front of house' in reception as part of the service management team, greeting and supporting client and carers.

Key responsibilities will include:

* General administrative/clerical duties.
* Producing letters, emails and reports as required.
* Providing reception cover, answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.
* Creating and maintaining records to a high and accurate standard.

The successful candidate should have:

* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong team player.
* Competent IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office.
* GCSE grade C qualifications or equivalent.

Full-time hours – 37 per week.
