The Role
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
* Support students with behavioural and emotional needs
* Work 1:1 and with small groups to improve engagement and focus
* Help students regulate behaviour and stay on track in lessons
* Build positive relationships and act as a consistent role model
* Support teachers and pastoral teams across the school day
* Help maintain a calm, safe, and purposeful learning environment
You’ll play a key role in helping students feel supported and able to succeed in school.
