Dron & Dickson group are specialists in integrated supply, installation and maintenance of harsh & hazardous electrical equipment and cable supply. Based at six UK locations, we provide Wholesale, distribution, specialist E&I inspection, maintenance and project services to all parts of the Offshore & Onshore Energy sector, Pharmaceutical, Marine and many other industries. Managed from our UK locations, our services operate within the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.
Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager – Central & Southern Region
Location: Central & Southern UK Region – based in Great Yarmouth office
Reports to: Senior BDM
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Dron & Dickson are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our business across the Central and Southern regions of the UK. What You’ll Do
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions
* Represent Dron & Dickson at industry events, seminars, and webinars
* Promote our products, services, and core values with passion and professionalism
* Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
* A creative, solution-focused mindset with a passion for growth
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
* A flexible, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive under pressure
* Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude
* A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as needed
* Bonus points if you have knowledge of Ex and industrial lighting or experience with CompEx Foundation (training will be provided if not).
