Act as an expert in employee relations, offering sound HR advice, coaching, and support.
~ 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 8.There would be an opportunity to work from home on occasion, and could accommodate 1 day per week, however this would not necessarily be a set day
~27 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure

Partner strategically with Group Heads of HR and Group HR Manager
Support HR strategies and initiatives
Act as HR lead in the absence of the Group HR Manager
Communicate serious employee relation matters timely
Offer clear HR advice and coaching to Line Managers
Contribute to HR team and organisation development
Work on HR projects and initiatives
Provide support, advice, and guidance on Employee Relations (ER)
Manage a positive workplace culture
Provide timely advice on employee relations matters
Analyse internal data for insights and solutions
Balance and manage caseloads across the HR team
Maintain effective HR records compliant with GDPR regulations
Qualified to CIPD level 3 or working towards level 5 qualification or similar
Extensive employee relations knowledge and practical experience working within a HR Advisor role
Experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment, with substantial experience leading on employee relation matters and case management
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in employee relations
Substantial experience working in a generalist HR role and able to demonstrate the application of HR policy in practice
Understanding of Equal Opportunities and Data Protection legislation
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft
