The Opportunity
We're looking for a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
* Organize documents, reports, and trackers efficiently.
* Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and audits.
* Manage partner invoicing and budget analysis monthly.
* Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests professionally.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Coordinate the hotel RFP process smoothly.
* Load and manage preferential rates accurately.
* Support senior leaders with diary and meeting management.
* Maintain secure records on shared drives.
* Log and file data accurately.
Qualifications:
* Experience in admin support, especially in sales and marketing.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
