The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a well‑established and growing firm in Somerset.
You will manage your own private client caseload, advising on a broad range of matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Tax planning, Probate and Estate Administration. The role offers exposure to quality work within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Alongside fee‑earning responsibilities, you will contribute to business development initiatives, helping to strengthen existing client relationships and grow the firm's private client offering.
The Candidate
The Successful Candidate Will
* Be a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client
* Be confident managing their own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Demonstrate strong drafting and client care skills
* Have a proactive and commercially aware approach
* Be keen to get involved in networking and business development
