Commercial Property Solicitor – Leicester (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
Hybrid: Only 2 Days in the Office per Week
Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new opportunity with a well-established and supportive firm? We are working with a leading law firm in Leicester that is seeking a talented solicitor to join their growing commercial property team.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and professional fee-earning work across a range of commercial property matters. This includes:
* Commercial landlord and tenant transactions
* Residential and business development sites
* Work involving easements and covenants
There is an existing caseload ready for you to walk into – meaning minimal business development is required.

About You:
* You’ll be an experienced solicitor (likely 5+ PQE, though all levels considered) with a strong background in commercial property
* Confident handling a broad caseload independently
* Excellent client care and communication skills
