Invenia Group has partnered with a global instrumentation leader thatis seeking a UK Service Manager to oversee field service, technical support, and service admin teams across the UK. You’ll manage a team of 4 regional leaders and 40 engineers, with full ownership of the UK region.
This is a hybrid role, offering the chance to lead a large team while staying connected to strategic operations.
Role responsibilities:
If successful, you will lead and develop regional service leaders, field engineers, tech support, and admin and own and drive national service performance, OPEX, P&L, and SLA targets. You will also:
* Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and EMEA leadership
* Implement service transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Deliver customer excellence and resolve escalations with speed and care
What we are looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in service leadership (UK or regional scope)
* Background in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Medical Devices
* Strong commercial mindset: budgeting, KPIs, revenue generation
* Proven track record in leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
* Experience working in matrix/global organisations
* Based within commuting distance to Watford area HQ (3 days onsite)
