We are seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator & Receptionist to join a thriving office space provider in Caerphilly. This is a key front-of-house role supporting both visitors and internal operations, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, personable, and confident managing a range of business support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage front desk reception duties and welcome visitors professionally
* Handle incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately
* Provide administrative support across departments
* Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings
* Assist with financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting
* Keep the office environment tidy, organised, and well-stocked
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems
* Support with property and space management tasks as required
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
* Contribute to ad hoc business improvement initiatives
Requirements / Qualifications:
* Experience in administration, reception, or office coordination
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
* Proactive self-starter able to work independently
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
* Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
* Knowledge of business rates or property management (desirable, not essential)
