The role will involve handling a varied caseload including:
1. Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
2. Landlord and tenant matters
3. Commercial leases
4. Development work
5. Property finance matters
6. General commercial property support for business clients
The ideal candidate will have:
7. At least 3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
8. Experience of managing a caseload with a good level of independence
9. Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
10. Excellent client care and communication skills
11. A proactive and professional approach
