Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an architectural practice, with a focus on large-scale residential and master planning projects.
• Proven track record in delivering housing projects for national housebuilders, land promoters, and regional developers in the UK.
• Experience working with local planning authorities and clients in the South and East of England.
• Equivalent qualifications in Architectural Technology.
• Creative mindset with a strong portfolio showcasing your talents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborative approach, supporting the team on various tasks.
• Understanding of building regulations and planning legislation.
Responsibilities:
• Working on housing/residential projects of varying scales.
• Interpreting client requirements and integrating them into the project concept.
• Producing planning packs for submission, ensuring clear communication of aesthetic intent.
• Working from our Chelmsford office for 4 days a week and 1 day remotely.
